550 Access denied – Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1)

Napaka “550 Access denied – Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1)” pomeni napačno nastavljen poštni predal v odjemalcu saj manjka “SMTP avtentikacija” ki je nujna pred pošiljanjem.

Primeri kako omogočiti SMTP avtentikacijo v različnih poštnih odjemalcih.

OUTLOOK EXPRESS

Pojdite v Tools > Accounts, izberite svoj poštni predal in kliknite Properties. Pojdite na tab Servers in označite “My server requires authentication” pod Outgoing Mail Server.

OUTLOOK 2000

Pojdite v Tools > Services (ali Tools > Accounts), izberite svoj poštni predal in kliknite Properties. Pojdite na tab Servers in označite “My server requires authentication” pod Outgoing Mail Server.

OUTLOOK 2002 & 2003

Pojdite v Tools > E-mail accounts. Izberite View or change existing e-mail accounts, kliknite Next. Izberite svoj poštni predal in kliknite Change. Nato kliknite More Settings in pojdite na Outgoing Server tab in označite “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”. Shranite.

OUTLOOK 2010 ali novejši

Pojdite v File > Account Settings. Izberite svoj poštni predal in kliknite Change in še enkrat Change. Nato kliknite na More Settings in pojdite na Outgoing Server tab in označite “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”. Shranite.
